Find answers on tickets, memberships, the club shop and matchday at Blueberry Park. If you cannot find what you need, our supporter services team is a message away.

How do I buy match tickets?

Tickets for every home fixture are sold through the Tickets page. Members get priority access before general sale opens, and any remaining tickets are released to the public seven days before kick-off.

When do tickets go on sale?

Season ticket holders and members are notified four weeks before each fixture. General sale usually opens two weeks before kick-off, or earlier for cup ties.

Can I resell or transfer my ticket?

Tickets may be transferred once to another supporter through your account, free of charge. Reselling tickets above face value is not permitted and will void the ticket.

What is included in a membership?

Membership includes priority ticket access, ten per cent off the club shop, entry to the members-only away ballot, a welcome pack and exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes content.

How do I renew my membership?

Renewals open in June each year. If you joined last season you will receive a renewal link by email, and your seat is held for fourteen days from that date.

Can I change my seat?

Seat moves are handled between seasons, once renewals close. Contact supporter services with your preferred stand and we will tell you what is available.

What time do the gates open on a matchday?

Turnstiles open ninety minutes before kick-off. We recommend arriving at least thirty minutes early on high-demand fixtures to clear security comfortably.

What can I bring into the stadium?

Small bags up to A4 size are permitted and are subject to search. Flags without poles, and banners under two metres, are welcome. Glass, alcohol and flares are prohibited.

Is Blueberry Park accessible?

Yes. The stadium has accessible seating with clear sightlines, step-free routes to every concourse, accessible toilets on all levels and audio descriptive commentary. Matchday assistance can be arranged in advance.

Where can I park on a matchday?

There is no general parking at the stadium. Park-and-ride operates from two sites on matchdays, and accessible parking can be booked in advance through supporter services.

How do I book a stadium tour?

Tours run daily outside matchdays and can be booked from the Stadium Tours page. Group bookings of ten or more should be arranged by email so we can allocate a dedicated guide.

Can I hire the stadium for an event?

Blueberry Park hosts conferences, weddings and private functions throughout the year. Our hospitality team can talk you through spaces, capacities and catering.

How do I return or exchange a shop order?

Unworn items can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Personalised items with a name or number printed cannot be returned unless faulty.

How long does shop delivery take?

UK orders arrive within three working days. International delivery takes seven to fourteen working days depending on destination. Personalised kit adds a further five days.

How do I report discriminatory behaviour?

Report it immediately to the nearest steward, or discreetly by text to the number printed on your ticket. Every report is investigated and reported outcomes are published each season.

How do I apply for an academy trial?

Academy recruitment runs through regional scouting and partner schools rather than open trials. Details of upcoming assessment days are published on the Schools page each spring.
