Anti Slavery Statement

Last updated August 2026. This statement sets out the steps Iballa FC takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

Our position

Iballa FC has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

Our supply chain

Our supply chain includes kit and merchandise manufacturing, catering, stewarding, cleaning and construction. We recognise that the risk of exploitation is highest in manufacturing and in outsourced labour.

Due diligence

We assess suppliers before appointment, require them to confirm compliance with anti-slavery legislation, and reserve the right to audit. Contracts include the right to terminate where breaches are found.

Training

Staff involved in procurement and in managing outsourced contracts receive training on identifying and reporting the signs of forced labour and exploitation.

Reporting concerns

Anyone with a concern can raise it confidentially through our whistleblowing channel. Reports are investigated and no one who raises a concern in good faith will suffer detriment.
