Academy Coach — Under-14s
Lead the technical development of our Under-14 age group across three sessions and one fixture per week. You will hold a UEFA B licence or be working towards one, and will report to the Academy Manager.
First Team Performance Analyst
Own opposition analysis and post-match reporting for the men's first team. Experience with video analysis platforms and a strong grasp of tracking data are essential. This is a full-time role based at Blueberry Park.
Matchday Steward
Join the matchday operations team on a casual contract covering all home fixtures. Full training and accreditation is provided, and no previous experience is required — just good judgement and a calm manner with crowds.
Retail Assistant — Club Shop
Support the club shop team across matchdays and weekends, helping supporters with sizing, personalisation and returns. Part-time hours with flexibility around fixtures.
Community Programme Officer
Deliver our schools and community work across east London, running weekly sessions and building relationships with partner schools. A driving licence and enhanced background check are required.
Groundsperson
Maintain the first team pitch, training surfaces and academy grass pitches to competition standard. You will work closely with the Head Groundsperson through the full season cycle.
